What did you do over spring break?

Over spring break My friend Ana Marria went to go see Rio. It was really funny because we were the only people in the theater. Like seriously we the only two in there, so we were all crazy and like dancing. It was hilarious. Earlier that day I went out they way to go shopping and the traffic was really bead om the way back and it was because there was this lady in the middle of the lane just stopped in the middle of know where. Later that night is when I went to see the movie and the lady was still there and this was like 5 or more hours later.  tand that was my favorite part about Spring break. Also over spring break I went to Chicago for Easter to visit family. It was fun to see family because I don't see them to often because they live far away; but I didn't like the 2 hour car drive there though.

How would you like to go down in history?

I want people to remember me as someone who has changed their lives . I think that everyone has a lot of control over how you are remembered; if you just stick in the back you wont be remembered. You have to come out and do what you believe in. You have control over your actions, freewill. I will remember all the fun times I have had this year. This year marks the turning from just school to preparing for our future.

Reflection

What about the process did you find easy? I think that the whole thing was really easy.
What was challenging? The only thing that was challenging was trying to find notes.
Did I use my class time wisely? I think I used my class time wisely
How would you change your story to make it better? I would fix the few grammatical errors.

Imagine you are a reporter interviewing the main character from your story.

R- Hi Emily how are you?
E- I'm well, thanks for asking. How are you?
R- Great, so why did you not want Charles or Charlie as you call him to leave?
E- I didn't want him to leave because he was my big brother and I really care about him he is family. We have always had a great bond, I don't know I guess we are like one soul living in two different bodies.
R- That's very interesting that you have that good of a bond with a sibling, normally I here about siblings who don't get along. Do you get along with your other siblings, you have 4 total right?
E- Yes I do fight with my siblings like Virginia, we have fought a lot even though we are almost the same age, we are completely different. Does this mean I don't like her, no I  like her she is my sister, but we sometimes don't agree on somethings. Jesse he just bugs me sometimes he thinks he is older and knows whats right. But he is only 7 so he is basically just really bossy, but he can be really funny. And Lydia she is 3, she is really shy and likes to be independent, but I get along with her just fine.
R-So you get along with your siblings pretty well I take it?
E-Yes me and my siblings most of the time get along.

I don't really know what to write about so I'll just write about what is happening in class I guess. Right now we are supposed to write about what ever we want but I can't think of what to write but I am listening to 3oh!3 on my ipod right now... I guess that kind of cool... ughh I don't know what to say

Dialogue between characters

It's just after lights out, it is dark in the house. I see my door crack open and Charlie slinks through the door shadows covering his face. He silently comes across the room and sits on my bed without saying a word, which is odd since he normally greets me with a cheerful greeting.
"Charlie..."
"Alice.." Charlie said in a chirpy voice with a hint of guilt.
"What is is?"
"What is what?"
"Come on Charlie, I know that voice, your hiding something..."
"It's 'bout Pa."
"Yes.. What about Pa."
"He is having me come with him."
"No you have to stay here you can't go with him you have to stay here!"
"I wish I could Alice, I really do. But I must go."
"No but you can't just leave us here Charlie.. Please you must stay, the plantation wont be the same without you here." Tears started to fall in a frantic rush, Charlie started to whip my eyes with his thumb in a soothing matter.
"Sis, don't cry, I'll be back, I promise. Let's not fill this last lights out in tears let's spend it in laughs."
